The Al-Zaytoonah University Journal of Business (ZJJB) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal published by Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan (ZUJ), Amman, Jordan. Established in 2025, the journal serves as a rigorous scholarly platform for the dissemination of original research, theoretical advancements, and evidence-based studies across a wide spectrum of business and management disciplines.

ZJJB publishes three issues per year and accepts manuscripts in English. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process conducted by at least two independent experts in the relevant field, ensuring high standards of academic integrity, methodological rigor, and scholarly quality.

Mission

ZJJB aims to advance scholarly knowledge in business, management, and economics by publishing high-quality, rigorously reviewed research that addresses both theoretical frameworks and practical challenges across local, regional, and global contexts.

  • Provide an international platform for high-quality academic research in business and management.
  • Promote interdisciplinary research integrating theory and empirical evidence.
  • Support research on emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and digital transformation.
  • Encourage contributions from diverse geographical regions, particularly the MENA region, while maintaining global relevance.
  • Ensure adherence to the highest ethical standards in line with COPE guidelines.

  • Entrepreneurship and Venture Management: startups, innovation ecosystems, venture growth.

Publication Schedule

Submission deadlines are announced on the journal website approximately 10 weeks prior to each issue.

Plagiarism Policy

All manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection tools prior to peer review. Submissions with significant similarity may be rejected or returned for revision.


Generative AI Policy

Authors must disclose the use of generative AI tools in manuscript preparation. AI tools cannot be listed as authors. Failure to disclose AI usage constitutes a breach of publication ethics.
